Important information for your order
Each one-time plan includes a mandatory initial and optional final meeting, both of which are free of charge. Without an initial meeting, pet sitting cannot be arranged. It is necessary for the pet owner to be present in person at the initial meeting.
If you need to cancel your pet sitter order from LazyFriday catio due to the Covid-19 pandemic, cancellations can be made up to 4 hours prior to the initial meeting at no charge.
Payments for cat-sitting can only be made by transfer to the account number: 2501524194/2010 at Fio Banka, a.s. (IBAN:CZ9020100000002501524194, BIC/SWIFT: FIOBCZPPXXX), use the contract number as the variable symbol.
Please note that the entire payment must be paid and credited to our account no later than the day before the start of the cat-sitting.
